Omnis Power was founded in 2010 by a group of entrepreneurs with experience in the field of energy and the common idea of offering innovation to the renewable energy sector.
Born out of the budding companies of several leading companies in the sector, Omnis Power takes concrete steps in researching the latest technologies and developing competitive products.

Today, Omnis Power is a European company with international experience, which believes in Europe and invests in Europe. The growing group already has offices in Italy, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany, Norway, and many partners around the world.

Due to the energy crisis and the clear need for energy transformation, Omnis Power started investing in the European market.

In 2024, the first photovoltaic module factory with a production capacity of 500 MW per year will be opened in Italy. The production lines will be very modern, fully automated, and robotic.

In Lithuania, in cooperation with INVT Guangming Technology, Omnis Power Engineering factory will be opened by the end of 2023. The field of activity of this business unit will be renewable energy and innovative solutions in the market of renewable resources.
